Application of biochemical incubator



1. Open the door, put the items to be processed on the shelf inside the box, and close the door.



2. Connect the power, insert the three-core plug into the power socket, and put the power switch on the panel in the position of "on". At this time, the digital display appears on the meter, indicating that the device enters the working state.



3. Set the temperature in the box you need by operating the temperature controller on the control panel



When the setting temperature is more than 5℃ above the ambient temperature, please put the refrigeration transfer switch at "RT+5℃". (see the following page for detailed operation instructions of the temperature controller.)



4. The biochemical incubator starts to work. The temperature in the incubator gradually reaches the set value.



5. Turn off the power, open the door and take out the objects after the temperature inside the box is close to the ambient temperature



Installation and debugging of biochemical incubator



1. Do not force on the glass or collide with the box during transportation. Do not invert with an Angle greater than 45°.



2. After landing, the device shall be placed smoothly. If the ground is uneven, it shall be corrected.



3. Please do not use the instrument in direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity, and keep the ambient temperature at 10-30℃.



4. The equipment should be far away from the electromagnetic interference source, and the grounding wire of the equipment should be effectively grounded.



5. When the equipment is in normal operation, the contents in the box should not affect the air circulation, so as to ensure the air circulation and even temperature in the box.



6, the power supply is AC220V50HZ, must use 10A three-core socket, and have a reliable grounding wire, do not unauthorized use of two-core socket.



7. The power cord should not be close to the back, and the instrument or other articles should not be pressed on the power cord to avoid damage to the power cord



The following points should be paid attention to for the long service life of biochemical incubator:



1. Before opening the biochemical incubator, the user should be fully familiar with the operating instructions and master the correct operation methods. To maintain the life of the biochemical incubator.



2, biochemical incubator. To be placed in the place with less dust and small temperature change, the box must be grounded, use three-pin plug, socket should be properly grounded.



3. The inside and outside of the biochemical incubator should be kept clean every day, and it should be cleaned after each use. Do not cover the plastic dust cover for a long time, put it in the dry room, at the same time, the inner bladder of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be swabbed frequently, in order to keep clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the external surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solution



4. When working, avoid frequent opening of doors to maintain a stable temperature and prevent dust and dirt from entering.



5. Stop using the biochemical incubator, turn off the main power button and the power switch at the back of the equipment.



6. In order to ensure effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm. There should be 50mm clearance on the side of the box body and at least 300mm space on the top of the box body.



7. It is strictly prohibited to store volatile chemical solvent, explosive gas and combustible gas in the box; Flammable sprays should not be used near the biochemical incubator to avoid sparking.



8. After the cultivation, please pay attention to timely power off, and take out items should be timely and properly handled.
