1.Brief introduction

1,Internationally recognized PP (polypropylene) are used to form the cabinet by seamless welding engineering
2,Material thickness: 8mm and 100mm thickness PE board are optional
3,Equipped with internationally recognized leakage proof sump, which could be detached out to be cleaned. Shelves are adjustable.
4,Cabinet doors are marked clearly with warning label reading "CORROSIVE"
5,To improve operational safety, padlock could be used to provide extra protection.
6,Cabinet door could be customized as left-open or right-open. Various sizes of double door or single door could be customized.
7,Used to store strong corrosive chemicals, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid etc. to protect cabinet operator and prople around.


Properties

The flow plate makes bad gases in different height discharged from different parts. The ventilation cabinet discharges internal air out at the speed of 0.5m/s to guarantee there is not any residual air inside, so the ventilation efficiency is high and ventilation capacity is 450-1600m3/h. The glass window may be dragged up and down. It can be stayed on any position to provide safer, more comfort test space for experimenter.

Using 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel, made through cutting, bending, welding, stamping and grinding, with surface treatment of acid washing, phosphating and epoxy electrostatic powder coating, impact test qualified, lined with 5mm thick compact panel, providing three-stage exhaust design, control panel is located on the side plate for convenient observation and operation.

Lower Part

Using 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel with Epoxy powder coating, with embedded aluminum alloy handle and 316L stainless steel hinge (opening maximum at 145°), providing adjustable feet which consist of stainless steel screw, nylon cover and rubber material, with anti-skidding, shock absorbing, chemical resistant, corrosion resistant and strong bearing abilities.

2. Structural Characteristics Of 

Fume hood: by several major components of the cabinet, fan and high efficiency filters, operating switches, etc. Box cold plate production, surface spray treatment, work tops, stainless steel. 3.Working Principle

5.Installation 

1 the installation for the fan

A, the basis of the laboratory fume hood - fan requirement level, solid, and a height of 200 mm or more.

B, laboratory fume hood fan and duct connected by hose (flexible material without burning), should not be less than 200 mm in length, diameter and fan import and export of the same size. C, laboratory fume hood - fan steel bracket must be fixed on the basis of concrete, laboratory fume hood - fan between the steel bracket and foundation must be increased rubber damping pad. All fan and motor components are installed on the whole piece of steel stents, steel frame installed on the top of the foundation's vibration mat, damping pad it is best to pass more rubber sheet.

D, fan outlet pipe diameter can only get bigger, not smaller, the final outlet to install the insect nets, bias should be increased when the wind rain hat.

2 The installation of tube for the fan

A, all bolt holes are used on air duct stent drilling, shall not use gas cutting hole;

B, with inclined support bracket, weld shall be the full weld;

C, the hanger derrick material should be accurate, derrick should not appear among lap weld;

D, when the air duct section is small, air duct derrick expansion bolt can be used on the floor, when the wind is bigger, should adopt the way of fixed drilling;

E, bracket before installation, should pop up on the wall, the cylinder and floor the center of the air duct and then determine the level of support position and elevation, can ensure the installation after the levelness of the air duct and plane center;

F, bracket before the installation, should make derusting, brush anti-rust paint processing for the exposed portion;

G, no special requirements, the air duct stent spacing is commonly 3 m, but in less than 3 m's duct should be installed at each end in a bracket, in tee and elbow should be added a stent;

H, on the air duct stent can't install a pipe or other professional cable.

3 the installation for the wall

E, civil before pouring concrete, with professional design drawing review the location of the foundation, based on the surface of the top elevation, the basis of geometry size, the reserved bolt holes, location and depth of the top of the base level should not be a positive error (i.e., unfavorable and bring up the design elevation).

F, foundation embedment depth below the ground should be in accordance with the requirements of design construction, generally not less than 50 mm, should be compacted concrete, the surface is smooth, concrete strength grade meet the design requirements.

G, fan after fixation should be the secondary grouting anchor bolt holes. Second, appropriate USES pisolite grouting concrete shall not be filled with cement mortar holes.

 

6.Maintain 

1、based on actual usage, periodically remove the primary filter cleaning, the cleaning cycle is generally 3-6 months. (if not long-term cleaning, the dust will affect the amount of wind insufficient to reduce the cleaning effect.)

2、 when the early effect of the normal exchange or clean the filter air filter, still can not achieve the desired cross-section wind speed, then adjust the fan voltage, and thus achieve the desired uniform wind speed.

3、generally when the fan operating voltage adjustment to the highest point in the use of eighteen, still can not achieve the desired wind speed, description of the filter on the high efficiency filter dust too much (filter kong has basically stuck to timely update) general efficiency air filters use a period of eighteen months.

4、replacement of high efficiency air filters, should pay attention to the correctness of the model dimensions (original manufacturer configuration), arrow wind devices, and pay attention to the peripheral sealing of the filter is absolutely no leakage occurs.

7.General Failure, Causes, And Troubleshooting
