The use and management of air shower rooms

The air shower room is a necessary passage for people to enter the clean room. It can reduce the pollution caused by people entering and leaving the clean room, and reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by people/goods entering and leaving. Installing a fully functional "airlock" at the entrance of the clean room can reduce the number of air pollution particles. When people/goods pass through the air shower room, the pollution particles are sprayed out by the highly clean air that has been filtered. The high wind speed of 25m/s or more ensures effective spraying and drifting of particles, which are basically filtered out by the primary and two-stage filters.
 
 
1. Purpose:
 
Ensure the safe use of air shower and maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment.  
 
2. Use of air shower room:
(1) Personnel entering the clean and dust-free room should take off their outer clothing and remove items such as watches, mobile phones, and accessories in the external changing room.  
(2) Enter the dressing room and wear clean and dust-free clothing, hats, masks, and gloves.  
 
(3) After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the air shower door immediately closes the outer door automatically. Infrared (voice control/human body thermal energy) sensing automatically starts the air shower and blows for 15 seconds (set at the factory). Attention: When blowing, the two stainless steel doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time. Forcefully opening them will damage the electronic lock. The two doors of the air shower room are controlled by electronic interlocking.  
(4) After the air shower is completed, push out the door and enter the clean and dust-free room.  
 
3. Management of air shower room:
(1) The air shower room is managed by the responsible person and the primary filter material is replaced regularly every quarter.  
(2) Replace the filter (with partition) of the air shower every 2 years.
