1. Working principle
The principle of ultra-clean worktable is that in a specific space, the indoor air is filtered by the pre-filter, compressed into the static pressure box by a small centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the air high-efficiency filter. The clean air flow blown from the air outlet of the air high-efficiency filter has a certain and uniform section wind speed, which can eliminate the original air in the working area, take away the dust particles and biological particles, and form a sterile and highly clean working environment.
2. Precautions
(1) The power supply of the ultra-clean table mostly adopts three-phase four-wire, of which there is a zero line, which is connected to the machine shell and should be firmly connected to the ground wire. The other three lines are phase lines, and the working voltage is 380V. There is a certain sequence in the three-wire access circuit. If the wire ends are connected incorrectly, the wind will reverse, and the sound is normal or slightly abnormal at this time. There is no wind in the front of the ultra-clean table (use the alcohol lamp flame to observe the movement, and do not try for a long time). The power supply should be cut off in time. Only switch the wire ends of any two phases and connect them again. If the three-phase line is only connected to two phases, or one of the three phases is in poor contact, the sound of the machine is very abnormal, and the power should be cut off immediately for careful maintenance, otherwise the motor will be burned.
(2) The air inlet of the ultra clean table is at the bottom of the back or front, and there is a common foam plastic sheet or non-woven fabric in the metal mesh cover to block large particles of dust. It should be checked and disassembled frequently. If the foam plastic is aging, it should be replaced in time. In addition to the air inlet, if there are air leakage holes, they should be blocked tightly, such as sticking adhesive tape, cotton, glue paper, etc.
The metal mesh cover on the front of the worktable is a super filter, which can also be replaced. If it is used for a long time, dust particles are blocked, and the wind speed is reduced, and sterile operation cannot be guaranteed, it can be replaced with a new one.
(3) The service life of the ultra-clean table is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions, the ultra-clean platform can be used in general laboratories. However, in tropical or subtropical regions, due to the large amount of pollen in the atmosphere, or in dusty areas, the ultra-clean platform should be placed in a better room with double doors. Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the ultra-clean table face the open door or window, so as not to affect the service life of the filter.
(4) Ultra-clean worktable shall also be equipped with ultraviolet light inside. It shall be irradiated for sterilization for 40-60 minutes before use to treat microorganisms on the surface of the operation area, but there are still bacteria in the places that cannot be irradiated. When the ultraviolet lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to synthesize ozone molecules. This gas molecule has a strong sterilization effect and can produce sterilization effect on the corners that are not directly illuminated by ultraviolet light. Because ozone is harmful to health, you should turn off the ultraviolet light before entering the operation, and wait for more than ten minutes to enter.
Note that the hoisting ultraviolet lamp should be installed outside the lighting shade (ultraviolet rays cannot penetrate the glass), and the arrangement of the lighting lamps should be staggered, so as not to interfere with the lighting when working.
(5) The inoculation room should be as simple as possible. All articles that are not directly related to the work of the room should not be put in order to keep aseptic and keep the clean air flow pattern in the working area undisturbed. The air in the inoculation room should be absolutely isolated from the outside air, and the reserved ventilation hole should be closed as far as possible. The ventilation duct can be equipped with upper and lower air windows. The area of the air window should be slightly larger, and it needs to be covered with 4 layers of gauze for simple dust filtering. After a day's work, the window can be opened for full ventilation, and then it can be sealed.
