Planktonic bacteria collect live microbial particles suspended in the air, and multiply them to a visible number of colonies under suitable growth conditions through a special medium. Planktonic bacteria in the air refer to all kinds of microorganisms floating in the air, including viruses, rickettsiae, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, etc. These microorganisms are generally invisible to the naked eye, and they are more or less healthy to humans. All have an impact.
The planktonic bacteria sampler is a porous inhalation dust bacteria sampler. It is designed according to the particle impact principle and isokinetic sampling theory. The sampling is direct, and the wind speed at the collection port is basically the same as the wind speed in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the microorganisms in the clean room. concentration.

Planktonic bacteria sampler

During sampling, the air with dust bacteria passes through the micropores at high speed and is hit on the agar surface in the petri dish; these living microorganisms undergo dynamic rehydration during the cultivation process and grow at a high speed, so that the results can be obtained faster. The sampling port of the planktonic bacteria sampler has countless micropores, which reduces the overlap of dust and bacteria, reduces the number of errors in microbial counting, and has high collection efficiency. The air flow rate at the sampling port is basically the same as the wind speed in the clean room (isokinetic sampling). Unique shape, easy to use, AC and DC dual purpose, easy to move and use, aluminum products, surface closed cell treatment, easy to sterilize before use.

Analysis of the structure of the planktonic bacteria sampler

Planktonic bacteria sampler operation method:
Before use, wipe the surface of the sampler, petri dish holder and sampling head with medical degreased cotton soaked in 75% ethanol, and start the instrument idling for no less than 5 minutes to evaporate the residual disinfectant in the instrument. Set the sampling volume and other parameters according to the cleanliness level, put it in a culture dish, cover the porous sampling head, place it on a horizontal surface 0.8m-1.5m above the ground, start the instrument to directly sample.
Sampling procedure:
(1) After the instrument is sterilized, do not put it in the petri dish, start the vacuum pump to evaporate the residual disinfectant of the instrument, and the time is not less than 5min, and adjust the flow rate and the rotating speed of the turntable;
(2) Turn off the vacuum pump, put it in a petri dish, close the lid and adjust the gap height of the sample;
(3) After placing the sampler at the sampling point, turn on the sampler, rotate the timer, and set the sampling time according to the sampling amount.
Planktonic bacteria sampler product features:
1) Automatic flow compensation: The planktonic bacteria sampler has a built-in real-time flow monitoring sensor and automatic flow compensation to avoid flow deviations caused by the height of the medium pouring in the petri dish.
2) Isokinetic sampling design: The wind speed at the collection port is basically the same as the wind speed in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the microbial concentration in the clean room, optimize the impact speed, and control the false positive results, thereby ensuring the efficiency of microbial collection.
