Vacuum box-type atmosphere furnace with good sealing performance is suitable for atmosphere protection experiment and vacuum high temperature experiment. The furnace mouth is designed with a water cooling device, equipped with a double-head valved air inlet, a protective cover, a gas flow meter, a silicone tube, a single-head valved air outlet, a protective cover, and a vacuum pressure gauge. When using, the cold liquid in the user-provided low-temperature tank shall be connected to the cooling device (water cooling can also be used when the temperature is not high). During the atmosphere protection experiment, the air can be extracted and poured into the corrosive gas, so that the high-temperature heated workpiece will not produce oxidation and decarburization, which is used for the high-temperature sintering of gas protection. It can also be used for common quenching and other heat treatment processes. When the furnace is used, it is necessary to extract the vacuum in the furnace or fill in the falling gas and start the water cooling device before heating up.

Vacuum box atmosphere furnace has the characteristics of good sealing. It is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, a double-ended inlet pipe with a valve, a single-ended outlet pipe with a valve, a safety protection cover, and a silicone tube. It can be used in high temperature atmosphere protection experiment with high purity concentration. The furnace mouth is equipped with a cooling device, and the cooling liquid must be connected during use. Special tips for operation:
(1) Equipped with a vacuum pump, draw the air in the furnace to the negative grid of the vacuum meter, release the air in the gap of the insulation layer after about 30 minutes, and then continue to pump to the bottom, and fill the falling gas to return the pointer to zero;
(2) If the vacuum box-type atmosphere furnace is used as an ordinary furnace, the valve shall be opened to prevent the expansion of gas in the furnace; Connect the cooling water pipe on the furnace door to protect the sealing strip from high temperature damage;
(3) After completing the above contents, set the required temperature program on the operation panel;
(4) At the end of the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature drop in the furnace is within the safe range of 100 degrees. The furnace door can be opened only after the gas valve is opened.
4、 Precautions
A. The cooling device interface shall be connected with coolant before heating up;
B. Suitable for temperature rise under atmosphere protection or vacuum;
C. It is strictly forbidden to heat up without atmosphere protection and vacuum or put objects with gas expansion
D The instrument shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
E The instrument shall be placed in a well-ventilated room, and flammable and explosive articles shall not be placed around it.
F This instrument is not equipped with explosion-proof device, and it is not allowed to put flammable and explosive articles.
G Turn off the instrument 15 minutes after it finishes working (to facilitate the heat dissipation of the instrument)
H. After the furnace is used, wait until the furnace temperature drops to at least 100 ℃, open the valve to vent, and then open the furnace door, otherwise there will be potential safety hazards and even personal injury.
