High Efficiency air outlet series

The high-efficiency air outlet is an ideal terminal filtration device for 1000-level, 10,000-level and 100,000-level purification air conditioning systems, and can be widely used in purification air conditioning systems in medicine, health, electronics, chemical and other industries. The high-efficiency air outlet is used as a terminal filtration device for the renovation and new construction of 1000-300000-level clean rooms at all levels, and it is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements. The high-efficiency air outlet includes a static pressure box, a diffuser plate, and a high-efficiency filter. The interface with the air duct can be top-connected or side-connected.

 

There are two types of high-efficiency air outlets: Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Series I is in the form of a replaceable filter, and series II is in the form of a one-time air outlet, both of which are downward air supply.

High-efficiency air outlet series I: This air outlet is composed of high-efficiency filter, high-quality thin steel plate, aluminum alloy diffusion orifice plate, etc. It is easy to install, reliable in sealing, and the filter can be easily replaced. The connection method can be top-connected or side-connected.

High-efficiency air outlet series II: divided into ultra-thin type and thin type. All are one-time tuyere, easy to replace (just remove the pipe clamp of the soft joint between the air supply pipe and the tuyere). This series is especially suitable for purifying air conditioning systems with limited ceiling space. Main advantages: simple and reliable box structure, strong ventilation, uniform air supply, convenient installation and simple maintenance.

Installation Precautions


1. The first important point before installation is that the size and efficiency requirements of the efficient air outlet must meet the clean room site design requirements and customer application standards

2. Before installing the high-efficiency air outlet, it is necessary to clean the product and clean the clean room in an all-round way. For example, to purify the dust in the air-conditioning system, it should be cleaned and removed, and it needs to meet the cleaning requirements. Need to be cleaned, and the air conditioning system must be tested again

Turn it to run continuously for more than 12h, and clean it again.

3. The safe transportation of the high-efficiency air outlet must be placed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's signs and directions.

4. Before installing the high-efficiency air outlet, it is necessary to conduct a visual inspection of the air outlet packaging on site, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged; whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; whether the frame has burrs and rust spots ( Metal frame); whether there is a product certificate, and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.

5. Carry out high-efficiency air supply leak detection, check and check whether the leak is qualified, and should be reasonably allocated according to the resistance of each air supply outlet during installation. The difference between the rated resistance of each unit and the average resistance of each unit should be less than 5%. High-efficiency air outlets with cleanliness levels equal to and higher than class 100 cleanrooms.

6. The seam between the flanging of the air outlet and the ceiling panel needs to be installed in the clean room, and the seam between the tuyere and the ceiling board should be treated with gaskets. Remember that the cracks must be handled strictly. Do not install the high-efficiency air outlet with damaged or damaged coating. The installation of the air outlet and the air duct must be strictly connected, and the open end should be reinforced with plastic film and tape for airtight treatment.
