Provide standard operating procedures for autoclave

The correct operation of the autoclave is an important premise to ensure the safety of personal and property of the operators. The following is the operation procedure of the standard autoclave provided by our company for the users of autoclave.



1. Take out the autoclave and clean up the debris in the cavity. Please refer to the autoclave manual carefully before use.



2. Place the high-pressure sterilizer in a stable and safe place, screw the manual drainage valve to the "closed" place, and add distilled water into the sterilizer (general 1ol). The water should be added slowly, so as not to add too much water and affect the normal operation of the instrument.



3. The temperature and time can be set according to the specific sterilized articles. The specific operation is as follows:



Press the "setting" button, and the display shows the temperature setting. You can press the up and down arrow keys to set the value you want, and the sterilization time can be set in the same way.



Requirements for sterilization operation of different sterilized articles:



Put sterilized articles into the cavity neatly, it should be noted that the height of the articles should be lower than the cavity, so as not to block the top exhaust valve and cause danger. The sterilization method and time of different bactericides are different, especially the sterilization of dressing, dressing is installed in stainless steel vessels, most users forget to open the vent hole of the dressing box, so that each sterilization can not reach the color of the test strip, resulting in sterilization failure. Sterilization of some appliances is tied with a cloth to sterilize, after sterilization, do not open the packaging of the cloth, otherwise it will be contaminated again.



When sterilizing the liquid and culture medium, pay attention to the fact that after sterilizing, the autoclave must be cooled by natural air exhaust, and should not be degassed quickly or cooled sharply, so as not to cause the burst of the glass container due to the sudden change in temperature, thus threatening the safety of the experimenters and causing pollution of the autoclave.



Cover the sterilized articles with a layer of cloth, so that the sterilized articles will not worry about the sterilizing effect due to humidity. Try to let the autoclave cool naturally, and do not open the safety valve and exhaust valve above, so as not to cause the danger of injury of high-pressure gas. It is recommended to open the safety valve and exhaust valve above the instrument once a month to avoid the danger of rust and death.



4. Tighten the door cover, screw the manual exhaust valve under the autoclavator to the appropriate position of exhaust, so as to facilitate the uniform temperature of gas in the cavity. At this time, the interlocked switch is closed, the interlocked light is on, and the instrument starts to work.



5. When the autoclave is working, the temperature starts to rise. When the autoclave is delivered, it has the function of under-pressure buzzer.
