Notes for use of FFU air outlet

1. Important safety matters



Improper use of the fan filter unit group will cause degradation of product performance, please be sure to follow the following matters:



1-1 installation and use environment



● fan filter unit should be installed away from heater, furnace or other heat source.



● set fan filter unit places can not be placed flammable, in order to avoid fire.



Do not use explosive or volatile chemicals near the body. If the body inhales these chemicals, it may cause fire or explosion.



Do not use sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, bleach or other corrosive chemicals near the body. These chemicals may cause corrosion and damage to the body.



1-2 delivery and installation



● please carry the products in the condition that the packing of the fan filter unit is in good condition. Please keep the products horizontal when handling. If you use a light cart or other tools for transport, please choose a cart whose platform exceeds the width of the package of the body.



● after the body is installed, at least 30 cm above the body must be reserved for the maintenance of the body in the future. Without enough maintenance space reserved, the body will not be able to carry out maintenance and component replacement.



● before the test run, please remove the protective film attached on the suction inlet and under the flow equalizer plate.



1-3 installation? Precautions for use



● when the fan filter unit is installed in the dust free room, please be sure to follow the following instructions



? When entering the clean room



Please wear dustproof clothes to avoid carrying dust into the room.



Please use alcohol cleaning tools to prevent dust from entering the room.



Please clean the unprotected part of the wardrobe with alcohol to prevent dust from entering the room.



Please use dustproof paper and ballpoint pen for record during spot inspection to avoid dust.



● do not direct pressure fan filter unit body, so as to avoid deformation of the body.



● do not operate the body with wet hands to avoid electric shock.



● do not cover the suction inlet and blow outlet of the body. If the suction inlet and blow outlet of the body are covered, the performance of the body will not be able to function normally, and the body will have abnormal functions or the electrical components will be damaged.



● the implementation of a third grounding, to avoid the risk of electric shock.



2. Installation and use



2-1 check items before operation



Please check the following notes before operation:



● whether the external power supply of the body is connected, whether the power supply is appropriate.



● whether the grounding works have been implemented.



● whether the protective film of the air inlet above the body and the filter screen below has been removed.



Matters needing attention during operation



(1) start operation



● when the power is turned on, the body starts to run.



● please confirm whether there is any abnormal phenomenon after the machine runs.



Please report to the dealer service personnel when the following circumstances occur and the machine fails to function normally.



● there are foreign bodies inside the body, so the centrifugal fan cannot rotate normally.



● the body internal wire off, loose joint.



● internal electrical components of the body, such as power plug and motor damage.



(2) stop operation



● if any abnormal phenomenon is found after operation, please cut off the power and stop the body operation immediately.



3. The maintenance? The tally



● from the date of purchase for regular inspection, do not check, so as not to cause electric shock or fire accidents.



● in addition to maintenance personnel, do not disassemble, repair or change the specifications, so as to avoid electric shock or fire.



● when replacing the filter screen and other parts, please pay attention not to damage the filter paper.



Low maintenance? During spot inspection, please cut off the power supply first and stop the operation of the machine before implementation, so as to avoid the risk of electric shock or injury.



● when installed? Maintenance? After the point check, make sure the body is stable before starting.
