Particle counter is a measurement instrument stipulated by the state. After being used for a period of time, its optical system and detection system will change, such as aging of light source, reduction of luminous efficiency or misplaced focusing, and contamination of lens, so as to change the conversion sensitivity of the whole machine. The laser dust particle counter USES the high quality air pump, the noise is lower, the electromagnetic interference is smaller; The power supply adopts large-capacity lithium battery and dc power adapter to convert power supply. The shape design is simple, small in size, light in weight, easy to use, and the rust free shell can meet the requirements of GMP. Widely used in electronics, optics, chemistry, food, cosmetics, medicine and health, biological products, aerospace and other departments.

Application:
Ultra-clean environment detection

Indoor and outdoor environment inspection

Filter efficiency analysis test

Check source analysis

Particle size distribution analysis

Service conditions of laser dust particle counter:
1. Clean room environment without strong magnetic field interference; Do not work in the atmosphere for a long time to prevent sensor pollution.

2. Power supply: standard power charger.

The problem of dynamic sampling such as laser dust particle counter
The so-called equal-dynamic sampling means that in the detection, the direction of sampling tube inlet of particle counter is consistent with the direction of unidirectional airflow being sampled, and the average velocity of air entering the sampling tube inlet is the same as the average velocity of unidirectional airflow at this position.

As for the inspection of purification workshop, we mainly care about two particle sizes, namely 0.5um and 5um. Non-isodynamic sampling has little effect on particles ≤0.5um. If the sampled air is used to calculate the particle size concentration greater than or equal to 0.5um, the calculation results will not be affected if the particles are not affected by non-equal dynamic conditions. Therefore, non-equal-dynamic sampling in the purification workshop area is only meaningful for particles greater than or equal to 0.5um.
