Fume hood controller installation and operation instructions

Please read this manual carefully before installing and using the fume hood controller.

Product overview:

The main features of the fume hood controller are complete function, simple structure, clear interface and easy operation.

Start the installation

●  Hardware connection: the controller has a common zero (N) line. The user can refer to the attached drawing for connection.

●  Alarm switch:

 1. External alarm switch can be connected to realize such functions as window height limit alarm or similar functions.

2. When the external alarm switch is closed, the buzzer will close after about 10 seconds.

●  Announcements1Lighting, standby terminal is 220V direct switch output, fan is passive point output.

2、For lighting, the maximum total output load of the standby terminal is 220V/3A,

and additional contactor is required for exceeding this capacity.

                    3Fan control must be coupled with contactor, otherwise it will lead to sintering damage of relay contacts inside the controller.

                    4The fan cannot be directly connected to the LCD switch, but must be connected to the circuit board of the lower cabinet.

                    5If the LCD switch is damaged due to not following the wiring instruction, the company shall not bear the corresponding responsibility.

OI (operating instructions)

1、Start controller: When the controller is powered on, the red indicator lights up and the system enters standby. In the standby mode, press the [Power] button, the controller will be activated, and the green indicator will light up and the LCD backlight will turn on.

2、Illumination on and off: When the system is turned on, when the illumination is not turned on, press the [Power] button, the relay outputs 220V voltage to the light output interface. When the illumination is on, press the [Lighting] button, and the relay outputs 220V to the light output port. The voltage is cut off.

3、Standby on and off: When the system is powered on, when the standby is turned on, press the [Alternate] button, the relay outputs 220V voltage to the standby output interface. When the standby is turned on, press the [Alternate] button, the 220V voltage of the relay output interface is cut off.

4、Fan is turned on and off, damper angle adjustment: When the system is turned on, when the fan is not turned on, press the [fan] button, the damper will automatically run to the preset angle, and the fan relay interface contact will be closed; when the fan is turned on, press [fan] button, the fan relay interface contact is disconnected, the damper will automatically run to 0° position

Press the [wind valve adjustment plus] button, the preset angle of the air valve is increased, press the [wind valve adjustment minus] button, the preset angle of the air valve is reduced, the preset angle of the air valve is determined, the power can be cut off, and the air valve is preset. When the angle is 0°, press the [fan] button and the fan relay will not operate.

5、Adjusting the angle coefficient of the air valve: When the system is in the standby state, press [illumination] [purification] at the same time, the flashing [018] will be displayed at the bottom of the LCD screen. Press the [wind valve adjustment plus] button or press [Flush valve adjustment minus] button, change this number to change the air valve transfer angle coefficient.

6、System shutdown and automatic delay shutdown: When the system is powered on, when the fan is not turned on, press the [Power] button, the light, standby display and output are turned off, and the system enters the standby state. When the fan is turned on, press the [Power] button, the light, standby display and output are turned off, and the automatic delay shutdown icon flashes. After about 40 seconds, the fan is turned off, the system enters the standby state, and the damper will automatically go to the 0° position. .

7、The angle of the damper is automatically reset to zero: if the system is powered off in the middle, the position of the damper is not in the 0° position. When the controller is energized, the position of the damper will be automatically reset to zero. When the damper is reset to zero, the controller is started, the current angle displays 00 and flashes, prompting the user to be in the state where the damper is reset to zero.
