Manual of drying oven 101 series

I. Principle Introduction

101 type electric oven highest working temperature is 300 ℃. It is suitable for baking, drying oven heat treatment or other heating. It is the common instrument in laboratory .

The drying oven temperature may rise from room temperature up to the highest temperature .We can arbitrary choose working temperature,and set your temperature on the Electric Panel .After that automatic control system can make temperature constant.

Type 101 blast drying oven is equipped with electric blower, make indoor hot air mechanical convection, make indoor temperature is more uniform.

The drying oven structure precision, sensitive and accurate temperature control, simple operation, and industrial and mining and college scientific research units, etc. 101 type a blast drying oven is a new digital display instrument for temperature measurement, and setting time too.so the temperature control is sensitive, accurate and pure and fresh and intuitive.

II. Structure

Drying oven is made up of  plate structure.Between the studio and working room  is filled with glass fiber as insulation materials. The room has two doors with windows  to observe .

Open roof exhaust valve can make the work room temperature of cold and hot air to convection exchange, temperature is controlled automaticlly with thermal type controller or digital display instrument .All electrical control equipment are installed in box side in the control layer. Control layer has a side door can be discharged, for inspection or repair line with.

Electric heater is installed in the bottom of the studio, which divided into two groups, namely "heating 1" and "heating 2", and a light indicator heating work, light said electric lamp, said heating stop.

III.Use manual and Noting 

1, when the power is on,you can open the 2 sets of heating switches ,then revolve the thermostat rotation by "0" a clockwise rotation to "100". Now the work room starts to heat up, the  indicator light is come on, and at the same time, you can open blower switch to help the water vapor that produced in the progress in the wok time.

2, 101 type drying oven, when the temperature rise to required working temperature, the thermostat knob counterclockwise cycle, spin to instructions and put out. To clockwise trimming to light. So repeated adjustment to the light alternate or place is the constant temperature point. Just began to constant temperature is likely to continue to rise, this is waste heat effect, this phenomenon is about half an hour will be in a stable, in constant temperature process, with the aid of box internal control temperature automatic temperature control, not to artificial management.

3, 101 a type drying oven well the preparation, will be digital display instrument panel switch dial "preset" to set the required operating temperature (observation instrument display). After selected the switch dial the to "temperature" can work.

4, When the temperature is constant ,you can shut down a set of heating switch, leave a set of electric heater work. In order to avoid too much power,  influence temperature sensitivity.

5, If you want to observe the sample , you should not  open the door.You can make your observation through the glass door . The door of the oven  can not be often open , lest affect constant temperature, make glass quenching and burst.

6, The oven shall be put in a leveled place indoor.

7, You should installe an iron shell a knife switch in the power supply line , which is exclusively for this oven.And the outer plate shall be grounded.

 8 Before power on, first check this box electrical performance, and should pay attention to whether there is open circuit or leakage.

9, When everything is ok, Put in the sample, the door is closed again,insert a thermometer  in the roof exhaust valve , and at the same time, rotary valve, the sacking of gap about 10 m/m or so, then the power can be connected and begin to work.

10,Do not free  take down the side door.,disturb or change line.O nly when the tank is at fault,you can remove the side door, according to the line inspection. If there is a major fault, you can contact with us.

11, The box is not a explosion drying oven.You should not put in the materials which are combustible or volatile . In case of  preventing explosion.

12, Each oven is provided with two shelfs . The Shelf of the average load of 15-50 kg.When you place in the sample do not too close or overload, in case of  affect hot air convection. And you should not put on the sample on the ating plate in the bottom
