1, filter steam tower

3、Filling water tower

6、Complex cold tower

3.Fitting
1、First turn on the steam generator to locate the position of the established;2、Then adapter filter steam tower in the evaporator left;3、Take down the screw on the flange,but keep the hole accordanc between the sealing gasket and flange. 4、Connect the cooling water flux pipe In the condensation of the tower top hat. 5、Life up the condensing tower onto the filter,fill in bolt into the hole on flange;6、Connect the another part of cooling water pipeline in the export of the second cooling tower.;7、Keep the hole accordance between the pipe orifice on the second cooling tower and cooling tower,but don't screw up immediately;8、Repeat adjustment condensing tower tower body azimuth,look over Condensate over by Front, side.,keep a line.; 10、Tighten the pipe union。
4、Adapter lose steam, water

6、HOW TO USE:
1、Control input pressure
Input the reasonable pressure is important to guarantee the safety and normal use of equipment.,When the user adapter good after pipeline according to the above requirements,adjust good input pressure。Transfer the output pressure to the minimum, close cut-off valve at the same time. Pass into the pipe steam,Slowly turn up the output pressure of the regulating valve (visual pressure gauge), When the pressure reach to 0.2 MPa on the ,It is OK..
2、Add water
· First use of distilled water machine, should to be evaporator inside by adding an appropriate amount of distilled water, as a secondary distillation source water., As a secondary distillation source water .Open the water tower cover,pour into the
distilled water from the mouth of the tower, until level tube level higher than filter steam tower and evaporator joint.Cover filter steam tower cover
Put into cooling water water
Check small valve on the second cooling tower, should be closed. Slowly open the cut-off valve of cooling water when the pipe has the water out. When the water put in, must not plugging water pipes, in case of damage of the pressure gauge.
3、Put in steam
Before open the cut-off valve on the steam pipe,,must open the small valve under the Filter steam tower,and check the extra valve should be closed,and then open the cut-off valve on the steam pipe.At this time, The small valve under the Filter steam tower
will spurt out large quatity of Rust water from the pipeline
When the small valve spurt out Pure steam,close the small valve. Soon there will spurt out steam in the export of filling water tower
in the water tower mouth department have steam emitted Liquid level will be rise
4、Regulating cooling water input quantity
When equipment evaporator have slightly vibration.The water is already boiling. At this time must adjust cooling water flow, Reasonable flow can keep the balance of supply and demand.and get the max water yield.The method is measure the tempreture of the outflow cooling water . The tempreture of the export cooling water should be range in 55 ~ 65 ℃. If the temperature is too low that means cooling water is too much, In this way, it can't fully cooling steam, Once formed cold chamber effect,Steam can not enter the condenser.If the tempreture of the water is too high,it means the flowing to Cooling water is not enough.
