 The all stainless steel tower steam distilled water machine that is designed and manufactured by our our company.it is According to the water yield sizes ,50L/H,100L/H,200L/H,400L/H,500L/H,600L/H. The product have the advantages,reasonable structure , beautiful design, excellent production i, convenient operation, large water yield, good water quality, etc., and is a unit has steam source provides the distilled water manufacturing equipment.

The material of the series of products that producted by our company is the high quality 0 cr18ni9 brand of stainless steel. I t Has the advantages of  certain acid, alkali - resistant ability; Easy to scale removal and long service life. 

 The distilled water machine is widely used in  medical and health care, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, electronics industry, chemical fiber industry, and other units, making high quality pure water use. Making the distilled water quality reach national pharmacopoeia of the standard of water for injection.

2.STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS 

The structure can be named as follows according to the process water system:Filter steam tower, steam generator, filters, water tower, the cooling tower and complex cold tower..Each components can remove so that it can 

meet the requirement of installation, maintenance and cleaning needs.

1, filter steam tower

When the equipment has been fabricated, filter steam tower position in the left side of the equipment (see product plan), it and steam generator through the pipe union together.There are  a pressure gauge and a relief valve in the top of the Filter steam tower , the bottom of it with a ball valve. There are one interface in the left of the Filter steam tower.It is the import of Inputting steam.

The effect of filter steam tower. When the boiler steam through the piping to equipment, at the beginning, will bring pipe product LiuShui and rust. Through the filter steam tower role and proper operation, can put these dirty water to block off side by side, and finally to evaporation tube provide clean saturated vapor, to prevent the pipe blockage, ensure barrel evaporation of the secondary distillation source water clean. So as to get to meet the quality requirements of the distilled water.

2、steam generator

The  steam generator is in the bottom of the equipment. The part from the appearance, the front is water device, through the glass tube can see barrel internal waters of the basic level.There are warning pipe behind the evaporimeter new the bottom.Its action:Once the evaporation of the barrel water level is too high,it can overflow From the mouth.Limiter in the water level, because the high level, when the water boiling, will produce the splash water spray, if the water spray with rising steam into the condenser, inevitable meeting affects water quality.The another action:If there is not heat balance between the steam and the heat that absorbed by  condenser.It will product pressure in the equipment as well as the liquid level,then it will  exhause through the warning pipe so that it will avoidi the high pressure in the equipment

There is a rather long stainless steel Spiral evaporation tube in the steam generator,Immersion in the second source water.When the high tempreture go through the evaporation tube,it will exchange heatment with Secondary source water.At the same time the steam in the tube will Condenses into distilled water,then it will output from the right of the evaporimeter

 by the pressure of the steam.Steam generator of the lower right interface is export, evaporator top-left interface is imports, adapter filter steam tower.

3、Filling water tower

Water tower set in the right of the equipment (see diagram),Connected by pipeline.The top of the Filling water toweris activity.Through the thread and tower body connection.Unscrew cap, can see the internal structure,Its central part is equipped with nozzle.Water tower barrel edge interface and evaporation barrel with export pipe connection,The bottom of the water tower with pipeline and evaporation bucket bottom connection.Evaporation tube output have worked for steam and water,Through the pipe into the water tower through the nozzle jet.Due to the high speed flow and jet,Can   exclude soda in the role of ammonia,Due to the lid of blocking water down，Using the principle of water head flow evaporation barrel，As a secondary evaporative water, part of the steam along the top hat aperture send out into the air. The actual work blocks don't screw very tight, as long as the threaded connection, will not be steam top open can.Evaporation barrel if water need to supplement, can twist off blocks, distilled water from water tower into the mouth.

4、Filter

Equipment of the middle part, conical shield upside, is this unit..Filter has two function,Because in filter storage many neutral glass ball,When steam rises, it can only throught from the clearance between the ball  ,Bulky droplets were blocking and cannot continue to rise,Therefore able to enter the condensing the steam room won't entrainment any unclean spraying foam, assure the final output water quality.Another function is, through the condensation of the secondary distilled water, gather in time and through and external connected piping runner after cold in the tower.

5、Condensing tower

In the device's upper barrel is condensing tower.The cooling tower using column pipe condenser pipe reciprocating cooling method for heat exchange.Condensing steam generation second distilled water.This  efficiency of  heat exchange in this way  is very high.It ensure effective water yield.Setting the top of the tower flanked on each side by a interface, according to the plan mentioned, side and complex cold tower export interface connection, the other side can according to the needs of users adapter one for condensate water outflow pipe (time pipe must comply down).

6、Complex cold tower

Front equipment hanging round barrel is Complex cold tower.complex cold tower left a cross over, it is equipped with pressure gauge, used to display pass into cooling water, the pressure generated in the condenser. The bottom of the cross, equipped with water drain valve a, when to suspend work, or condenser need to maintain, can open the valve, put away in the condenser water.The role of the main use is input the condensed water . The basic guarantee from complex cold tower outflow of distilled water and cold close, is convenient for the user to use different storage facilities, especially made of plastic.

3.Fitting

1、First turn on the steam generator to locate the position of the established；2、Then adapter filter steam tower in the evaporator left；3、Take down the screw on the flange，but keep the hole accordanc between the sealing gasket and flange. 4、Connect the cooling water flux pipe  In the condensation of the tower top hat. 5、Life up the condensing tower onto the filter，fill in bolt into the hole on flange；6、Connect the another part of cooling water pipeline in the export of the second cooling tower.；7、Keep the hole accordance between the pipe orifice on the second cooling tower and cooling tower,but don't screw up immediately；8、Repeat adjustment condensing tower tower body azimuth，look over Condensate over by Front, side.，keep a line.； 10、Tighten the pipe union。

4、Adapter lose steam, water

Lose steam pipe requirements：

pressure 

regulating 

valve     pipeline pressure gage  pipeline isolating valve pipeline equipment

Water pipe requirements：

headwaters  isolating valve pipeline  equipment

6、HOW TO USE：

1、Control input pressure

Input the reasonable pressure is important to guarantee the safety and normal use of equipment.，When the user adapter good after pipeline according to the above requirements，adjust good input pressure。Transfer the output pressure to the minimum, close cut-off valve at the same time. Pass into the pipe steam，Slowly turn up the output pressure of the regulating valve (visual pressure gauge), When the pressure reach to 0.2 MPa on the ,It is OK..

2、Add water

· First use of distilled water machine, should to be evaporator inside by adding an appropriate amount of distilled water, as a secondary distillation source water., As a secondary distillation source water .Open the water tower cover，pour into the

 distilled water from the mouth of the tower, until level tube level higher than filter steam tower and evaporator joint.Cover filter steam tower cover

Put into cooling water water

Check small valve on the second cooling tower, should be closed. Slowly open the cut-off valve of cooling water when the pipe has the water out. When the water put in, must not plugging water pipes, in case of damage of the pressure gauge.

3、Put in steam

Before open the cut-off valve on the steam pipe,,must open the small valve under the Filter steam tower,and check the extra valve should be closed,and then open the cut-off valve on the steam pipe.At this time, The small valve under the Filter steam tower

 will spurt out large quatity of Rust water from the pipeline

When the small valve spurt out Pure steam,close the small valve. Soon there will spurt out steam  in the export of filling water tower 

 in the water tower mouth department have steam emitted Liquid level will be rise

4、Regulating cooling water input quantity

When equipment evaporator have slightly vibration.The water is already boiling. At this time must adjust cooling water flow, Reasonable flow can keep the balance of supply and demand.and get the max water yield.The method is measure the tempreture of the outflow cooling water . The tempreture of the export cooling water  should be range in 55 ~ 65 ℃. If the temperature is too low that means  cooling water is too much, In this way, it can't fully cooling steam, Once formed cold chamber effect，Steam can not enter the condenser.If the tempreture of the water is too high,it means the flowing to Cooling water is not enough.
