Common faults and solutions in the use of floating samplers:
1. Connect the power, the indicator light does not light up
(1) If there is no voltage output from the instrument, check if the fuse ALL has melted;
(2) If the instrument has voltage output, check if the indicator light is burnt out;
(3) If the fuse is not blown, check whether the transformer of the instrument is burned out due to a local short circuit in the circuit.
2. When the power is turned on, the instrument head indicator is unstable or the pointer is not positioned properly
(1) Open the instrument panel to check if the header is stuck and observe if there are any foreign objects on the coil;
(2) Check if the instrument casing is grounded.
3. Without connecting the power supply, the instrument head indicator swings significantly; Open the instrument panel and check if the parallel resistance welding at the input end behind the meter head is secure.
4. The digital acidity meter displays unstable or drifting numbers after being powered on
(1) Check if the connectors of the instrument are secure;
(2) Check if the circuit board of the instrument is corroded;
