Four key points that should be mastered when using the purification workbench

The purification workbench is a kind of air filtration and purification equipment developed in the industrial production process. The air in the general clean room is sucked into the pre-filter through the fan, and then enters the high-efficiency filter through the static pressure box for filtration. The air is sent out in the state of vertical or horizontal airflow, covering the operation area of the workbench, so that the operation area can reach the cleanliness of class 100 and ensure the requirements of production on the cleanliness of the environment. Of course, the use of equipment cannot be ignored. The following are the four main points that should be mastered when using the purification workbench. 1. How to use
1. Put the processed items, instruments and operating tools on the table, and then connect the power supply, the power indicator light is on.
2. Press the sterilization switch to sterilize the workbench with UV light for more than 30 minutes.
3. Turn off the sterilization switch, press the blower switch, and the fan runs normally.
4. Press the lighting switch to operate. During operation, the operator can only operate the workbench with his hands, and there should be no obstructions between the air outlets in the operation area.
5. After the operation is completed, clean the countertop and wipe the countertop with 75% alcohol or appropriate disinfectant for disinfection.
6. Turn off all switches and power.


2. Operation requirements
1. It is strictly forbidden to store unnecessary items in the purification work area to keep the clean airflow pattern undisturbed.
2. When using the workbench, first wipe the purification workbench twice with a white silk cloth dipped in 5% cresol soap solution or 0.2% Xinjieer solution, and turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 30 minutes in advance to clean the workbench in the work area. Microorganisms accumulated on the surface; after 30 minutes, turn off the germicidal lamp and start the fan.
3. The purification workbench can only be used when the test run is in good condition. Before starting the fan, the workbench and surrounding environment must be carefully cleaned and properly sterilized.
4. Try to avoid actions that obviously disturb the airflow pattern in the purification work area.


3. Clean up after use
1. Wipe the purification workbench twice with purified water.
2. Wipe twice with 5% cresol soap solution or 0.2% new cleanser solution.


4. Maintenance
1. When changing the filter, you can open the back cover of the case. When changing the filter, you should pay attention to the arrow mark on the filter. The arrow points to the laminar airflow.
2. According to the environmental cleaning procedure, the filter material in the coarse filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, and the interval is generally 3 to 6 months.
3. When changing the filter, use a dust particle counter to check whether the surrounding sealing is good. Adjust the voltage of the fan unit to keep the average wind speed in the working area of the purification workbench within the range of 0.4±10% m/s, and check the purification efficiency with a dust particle counter.
4. When the voltage of the fan unit is adjusted to the maximum, the wind speed in the working area still cannot reach 0.3m/s, that is, the air filter must be replaced.
