The structure of the planktonic bacteria sampler is divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is the collection port, the sampling seat and the air pump, and the lower part is the controller and the battery. The sampling port and shell are made of aviation aluminum, and the surface is closed-cell treatment, which is convenient for sterilization and disinfection before use. The instrument has powerful functions, stable sampling performance and easy operation. It is an ideal sampling instrument for the concentration of floating dust bacteria in the testing departments of various pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, biological products, food processing, public places, etc.

The main test methods of planktonic bacteria sampler:

1. The surfaces of test instruments and petri dishes must be strictly sterilized

1. The sampler should be sterilized with disinfectant before entering the room to be tested.

2. Wipe the outer surface of the petri dish with a disinfectant.

3. Before sampling, disinfect the top plate, turntable and the inside and outside of the sampler with disinfectant. After sampling, use disinfectant to gently spray the inner wall and turntable of the cover.

4. The sampling port and sampling tube must be sterilized at high temperature before use. If the outer wall and inner wall of the sampling tube are disinfected with disinfectant, the residual liquid in the tube should be drained and dried.

5. Samplers should wear work clothes corresponding to the clean area to be tested, and disinfect their hands with disinfectant before placing or exchanging petri dishes on the turntable.

2. Sampling procedure

1. After the instrument is sterilized, do not put it into the petri dish first, start the vacuum pump to draw air, and evaporate the residual disinfectant of the instrument for no less than 5 minutes, and adjust the flow rate and the rotating speed of the turntable.

2. Turn off the vacuum pump, put it into a petri dish, cover the lid and adjust the height of the sample gap.

3. After placing the sampler at the sampling point, turn on the sampler, turn the timer, and set the sampling time according to the sampling amount.

3. Test layout

1. The position of the measuring point in the work area is about 0.8-1.5m from the ground, and the position of the measuring point of the air supply outlet is about 30cm away from the air supply surface; the measuring point can be added at the key equipment or key work activity range.

2. Each sampling point is generally sampled once.

3. For unidirectional flow or air supply, the sampling nozzle of the sampler should face the direction of airflow; for non-unidirectional flow, the sampling nozzle should be upward.

4. When arranging sampling points, it should be at least 1m away from the return air outlet where dust particles are concentrated.

5. When sampling, the tester should stand on the downwind side of the sampling port.
