In the air conditioning system, the air flow at the tuyere is complex and difficult to measure. The measurement at the branch pipe can delineate the air outlet. The air hood volume adopts the general air volume measurement hood and the wind speed method, and the relative wind speed method can quickly and accurately measure the average air volume and ventilation volume of the fume hood. It is installed on ceilings, walls and floors. Corresponding sensors can directly measure wind speed, pressure and relative temperature and humidity, especially when the diffuser is applied. When in use, the lid is rotated, and the mouth of the ceiling is fully contained and can be read directly.
 
The air hood volume is mainly composed of three parts: the air hood body, the base, and the pda. It adopts the pitot tube principle to automatically detect the air pressure at multiple points and over time to generate the average air volume (M/h). This is correct, fast and simple, and is widely used in HVAC, purification technology and other industries to directly measure the air volume of air outlets and ducts.
 
The wind hood is mainly based on the air volume and the wind speed homogenizer. The base wind pressure with uniform wind speed (sensor, the sensor reflects the change of wind speed, and then calculates the air volume according to the size of the base. The recognition of the air volume cover, the PDA screen LCD screen is intuitive, the data obtained directly from the wind speed and the warm air volume can be set to record the time interval, and the recording time interval can be set. The data is continuously analyzed, the measurement record data memory card will not be lost, the computer serial port data, the computer further application program communication.
 
The installation sequence of the hood volume:
 
1. Two cloth covers are provided as standard, with sizes of 570mm×570mm and 830mm×830mm.
 
2. Assemble according to the picture: After the large frame is assembled, the extension rod is only used for the large frame and is inserted into the upper end of the support rod.
 
3. Connect the main support rod (with stainless steel interface) with a special extension rod, one end is inserted into the corresponding four holes of the base (cross-placed), and the other end is inserted into the corresponding four corners of the frame.
 
4. When removing the cloth cover, pull down the lower opening. To install, cover the lower opening in the middle of the base and flip up into the groove.
 
5. In order to prevent electric shock, do not expose the product to rain or moisture, and do not open the case.
