product description
The hand-held planktonic sampler is mainly used in clean workshops with high requirements on cleanliness such as the electronics industry and the pharmaceutical industry. This built-in fan with automatic flow adjustment is easy to install, and optional on-site indicator lights and communication indicators can prompt abnormal flow alarms, thereby fully reducing the risk of poor product quality caused by pollution of air cleanliness in production or experimental environments. The device can be independent of the multi-point sampling vacuum pump system, and is not easy to interfere with the negative pressure of the vacuum pipeline during cleanliness sampling, so as to fully ensure the flow fluctuation during cleanliness sampling.
The planktonic bacteria sampler is used for the detection of air microorganisms in the clean rooms and sterile environments of pharmaceutical GMP workshops, dairy products workshops, hospital operating rooms, biological cleaning, fermentation industries, etc., as well as sampling and research of air microorganisms in relevant research and teaching departments.
Planktonic bacteria sampler is a kind of porous inhalation dust and bacteria sampler. It is designed according to the principle of particle impact and the theory of isokinetic sampling. The sampling is direct, and the wind speed at the sampling port is basically the same as the wind speed in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in the clean room. During sampling, the air with dust bacteria passes through the micropores at a high speed and is impacted on the agar surface in the petri dish; these living microorganisms undergo a dynamic rehydration process during the cultivation process and grow at a high speed, thereby obtaining results faster.
The operating procedures of the hand-held planktonic bacteria sampler:
  1. Purpose
Establish a standard operating procedure for planktonic bacteria sampler to ensure the correct use and reasonable maintenance of the instrument.
  2. area
It is suitable for planktonic bacteria sampler.
3 Responsibilities
QA personnel follow the implementation.
4 Contents
4.1 Compilation basis
Instruction manual for planktonic bacteria sampler.
4.2 Preparations
4.2.1 Pour the prepared medium into a sterilized petri dish, pre-incubate it at 30~35°C for 48 hours, and use it after confirming sterility.
4.2.2 After the instrument is irradiated with ultraviolet lamp or wiped with 75% alcohol, it is introduced into the clean room in a sterile state.
4.3 Operation method
4.3.1 Place the sampler on the work surface and use the sampling port to directly sample. If the measurement position is higher, a sampling tube can be used, and the tube can be extended to the space to be sampled.
4.3.2 Turn on the power supply and press the setting key according to the selected cycle. The setting button can be adjusted in 18 steps from 1 to 10, 20, 30 to 90 minutes, that is, every time the setting button is pressed, 10 minutes will be added.
4.3.3 Place the petri dish containing the culture medium on the turntable, put on the cover, and press the block to seal the cover and the base.
4.3.4 Adjust the dial and rotate the adjustment knob to keep the slit and the medium at a distance of 2mm.
4.3.5 Press the start button, after the machine waits for 15 seconds, the pump starts to pump air, the turntable starts to rotate 360°, adjust the flow knob to make the upper end of the flowmeter float level with the 50L scale line. After the sampling is completed, unscrew the cover, quickly cover the plate and take it out, and put it into a new plate according to the above method for the second sampling (if a sampling tube is used, replace it with the second pre-sterilized sampling tube) .
4.3.6 The removed plate was placed in a 30-35°C incubator for cultivation, and counted after 2 days.
4.3.7 After use, fill in the "Inspection Instrument and Equipment Usage Record".
4.4 Notes
a. To achieve the best test results, warm up the instrument for 30 minutes before using it.
b. When the sampling begins, the operator leaves the scene to prevent bacteria from being drawn into the human body.
4.5 Maintenance and Care
a. The instrument cannot be exposed to corrosive gases and liquids for a long time.
b. When the instrument is moved, excessive vibration should be avoided to prevent internal damage.
c. Calibrate the instrument at least once a year.
