In the process of using the transfer window, when the raw materials enter and exit the clean area, they must be strictly separated from the human flow channel and the commodity circulation channel, and enter and exit through the special safe channel for raw materials in the production line. When the raw materials arrive, the raw and auxiliary materials are unpacked or cleaned by the organization personnel in charge of the process flow of the configuration group, and then sent to the raw and auxiliary material storage room of the production workshop through configuration. Transfer window; the outer packing box of the inner packing materials is taken out from the outer storage room and sent to the inner box. When transferring, you must strictly abide by the “one open and one closed” requirement for the inside and outside doors, and two doors cannot be opened separately.
When the raw materials in the clean area are sent out, the raw materials are transported to the relevant raw material intermediate station, and the clean area is removed according to the reverse procedure of the raw material arrival. All semi-finished products processed and transported from the clean area are sent from the transfer window to the external storage room, and then transported to the external packing box room through the safe freight logistics channel. The raw materials and wastes that are likely to cause environmental pollution should be transported to the unclean area from its dedicated transshipment window. After the raw materials enter and exit, the cleaning tank or the site of the central station should be cleaned immediately, and the internal and external safety access doors should be closed for disinfection and sterilization. To operate in accordance with the following specifications.
1. Use 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution or 5% iodophor disinfectant to scrub the items to be shipped.
2. Open the doors on both sides of the delivery window, quickly put in the delivery, disinfect with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution, and close the doors on both sides of the window.
3. Turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp in the transmission window, and irradiate ultraviolet rays to the transmitted object for no less than 15 minutes.
4. Notify the tester or the sky obstacle system software personnel to open the side door and take out the object.
5. Close the side door.
