1. Cover size (tuyere size) Cap air volume A large difference between the cover and tuyere size will cause a large measurement error, so it is necessary to use a cover with similar tuyere size for measurement. According to the size and area of the tuyere to be measured, a volume hood close to the area of the tuyere should be selected, and the length of the air volume hood should not exceed three times of the length of the length of the tuyere; The area of the tuyere should not be less than 15% of the boundary area of the cover.

2. Check whether the air flow meter is normal and make all Settings of the air flow meter meet the requirements.

3. Determine the position of the cover to cover the tuyere, which should be located in the middle of the cover until the whole tuyere is covered by the wind cover.

4. Determine to ensure no air leakage at the tuyere, observe the display value of the air volume meter, and read the air volume value after the display value tends to be stable;

5. Back Pressure Compensation When the tuyere air volume is large, the resistance of the air volume hood and the throttling of the measured part to the tuyere will increase, causing the air volume to drop more. In order to eliminate the air volume of this part of the tuyere is small, the back pressure compensation is needed. When the air flow value ≤1500m3/h, there is no need for back pressure compensation, and the read air flow value is the air flow value of the measured tuyere; When the air volume value is >1500m3/h, the back pressure compensation baffle is used to compensate the back pressure. Reading the display value of the air meter is the measured air volume value after the compensation of the tuyere.
