I. Preheat in advance:

Ii. Environmental Conditions:



Environmental conditions are also an important factor affecting the measurement performance of electronic balance. If no special temperature limit is specified in the operating instructions of the electronic balance, the balance shall work normally at -10℃~40℃; If a special temperature limit is specified, the balance shall operate at the specified temperature; Electronic balance of the environment humidity requirements, such as Ⅰ magnitude scales require relative humidity is not more than 80%.



Iii. Horizontal Status:



Generally, high-precision electronic balances are equipped with horizontal adjustment devices and leveling devices. In use, the horizontal state of the balance should be checked frequently. In fact, some users often neglect to check the horizontal state of the balance (the electronic balance is often uneven or not horizontal due to movement or other reasons), which is also the main reason for the inaccurate balance data.



Iv. Calibration at any time:



Some people think that the electronic balance is accurate within the validity period after periodic verification, but the importance of calibration is often ignored, or even not calibrated. However, due to the change of environmental conditions and human factors, the measurement performance of the electronic balance often changes slightly in use, which requires us to calibrate it in daily use. So, how do we calibrate our portable electronic scales? The electronic balance shall be calibrated daily or before each use, and the frequency of calibration may be increased if necessary.
