Anemometer is the basic function of measuring wind speed, which can be widely used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, environmental protection, meteorology, clean workshop, chemical fiber textile, various wind speed laboratory and other occasions. The air volume cover is mainly used to cover the air outlet, collect air volume like a big horn, and concentrate the wind on the average wind speed sensor on the base. The wind pressure sensor is installed on the uniform wind speed. The sensor responds to the change of wind speed, and uses the Pitot tube principle to automatically detect the wind pressure at multiple points and time points. The air volume is calculated according to the size of the substrate to produce an average air volume ( m3/h).

Anemometer

The display of the air volume hood adopts PDA, the large-screen LCD screen is intuitive, and the data of wind speed, temperature and air volume can be directly obtained. The recording time interval can be set to record continuous parameters for data analysis (Hongrui Technology's new air volume hood ACH-II , Input the size of the tuyere, the wind speed can be automatically converted).

The use of anemometer:
The flow velocity measurement range from 0 to 100m/s can be divided into three sections: low speed: 0 to 5m/s; medium speed: 5 to 40m/s; high speed: 40 to 100m/s.
The thermal probe of anemometer is used for accurate measurement of 0 to 5m/s; the impeller probe of the anemometer is ideal for measuring flow velocity of 5 to 40m/s; and the pitot tube can be used to obtain results in the high-speed range. An additional criterion for the correct selection of the flow rate probe of the anemometer is temperature. Usually the temperature of the thermal sensor of the anemometer is about ±7℃. The impeller probe of the special anemometer can reach 35℃. Pitot tube is used above ±35℃.
Anemometers generally measure at a single point. Sometimes a tuyere has to measure multiple points, even more than a dozen points, and the average wind speed can be obtained through the cross-sectional area conversion. Therefore, some customers will prefer the air flow hood when choosing, but the specific choice should be based on the actual situation. Environmental judgment.
