Illumination Incubator Plant Growth Chamber

The light incubator has the function of over-temperature and sensor abnormal protection to ensure the safety of the instrument and the sample; the selection of a full-spectrum plant growth lamp is conducive to the growth of plants and improves disease resistance. It has the functions of power-down memory and power-down time automatic compensation; the constant temperature control system has fast response and high temperature control accuracy.

Instructions for use

1. Turn on the power, close the power switch, the whole machine is powered on, and the power indicator light inside the switch is on.

2. For temperature control setting, please refer to the manual of the intelligent digital temperature controller.

3. If lighting is needed, turn on the lighting switch.

4. This kind of incubator has a breakpoint protection function and a one-and-a-half minute delay function. After the compressor stops, it will take about one and a half minutes to restart.


Maintenance and cultivation

1. The shell of the incubator should be grounded reliably.

2. The incubator should be placed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat and sunlight. Place it stably to prevent vibration and noise.

3. To ensure effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm. There should be a 50mm gap on the side of the box and at least 300mm on the top of the box.

4. When the incubator is transported, repaired, and maintained, avoid collision, shaking and vibration; the maximum inclination is less than 45 degrees.

5. The instrument does not work suddenly, please check whether the fuse tube (behind the box) is burned out, and check the power supply.

6. When the incubator is working in refrigeration, it is not advisable to make the difference between the temperature in the incubator and the ambient temperature more than 25 degrees.

common error

The compressor is not cooling:

1. In the balanced mode, the compressor is always in working condition and the cooling effect is better and the compressor can be effectively maintained.

2. If it is a single-mode operation, it will only work when the temperature drops to a certain value, and the temperature will fluctuate greatly when the door is opened and closed, which will cause the compressor to start frequently and shorten its service life.

Uneven temperature in the incubator:

1. It may be caused by too dense discharge

2. With long light for a long time, the bulb will easily heat up and cause uneven temperature

3. The circulating fan in the box does not work

Icing on circulating air outlet:

Each refrigerated instrument has a defrost cycle during which the compressor does not refrigerate. The ice on the condenser is melted by the heating element. The melted water is likely to gather at the air outlet and eventually cause freezing.
