Aerosol generator suitable for air flow ≤ 50000m3/h, can produce large 0.5-2 × 1013p /h of polydispersity aerosols. It can meet the requirements of HEPA filter testing for all small clean unit to large clean room air supply systems. Slg-012 produces a continuous, stable aerosol particle that is easy to fill with solution.



The working process of aerosol generator is divided into three stages: spray, inertia separation and drying:



1.) Spray: open the spray air path and the compressed air enters the Coriolis nozzle. The sodium fluorescein solution is inhaled into the spray nozzle cavity and forms fog drops through the horizontal orifice at a very high speed.



2. Inertia separation: the droplets from the spray chamber are forced to pass through a throttle hole in the separator, and the airflow speed increases rapidly. The large droplets are difficult to change direction due to their inertia, so most of them bump into the separation tube opposite the throttle hole. A two-stage separator is provided at 0132 m range, a first-stage separator at 0198 m range and 218 m range.



3) Drying process: the selected droplet group enters the drying tube together with the carrier air and is dehydrated after mixing with the dry air.
